The hdmi won't fit into a normal usb spot, will be a specific hdmi slot thats named on the laptop (well at least mine does)

The cinavia thing is pretty rare, so maybe just watch this one on your laptop/buy it. Or have a look for a vga port on your tv when you get home, then we can sort something out.

Also, I tried watching a movie on the PS3 the other night which I'd d/l'ed. Twenty minutes in I got the copyright warning on the screen, blocking out the sound.

I googled around, nobody seemed to have a solution.
