They need to rebuild their entire culture around guns and somehow move on from this siege mentality that everyone is out to get you.

My opinion on it is if the Catholic Church can have reform on their binding rules to get up to date with modern practises and culture then why the F can't the most powerful country in the world. Seems backwards

My remedy:

Get a glass of water, bend right over forwards and drink it. You end up drinking from the other side of the glass.

Not sure if it's that it opens the airways or you get a shock at how unbelievably stupid you look, but works every time
