**** negative gearing off, and discourage multiple home ownership. Should have to start up a company or something if you wanna own more then two or so houses and pay alot more tax on the income generated by it.
Is that a sensible idea?

The whole sad story is sickening. The worst part is that someone would kill an unborn child simply because they're going to have a disability (everyone deserves a chance at life disabled or not). The fact they're suing the doctor for it is also disgusting and sounds merely like a desperate money grab.
As my mate said, what happens when this child grows up and realises that Mum and Dad didn't want me because I have Downs Syndrome?

What if the doctor had incorrectly diagnosed the child with down syndrome and then they terminated the pregnancy?
Another story that enraged me was a motorcyclist getting struck down in the Western suburbs (near my work) by a woman who ran a give way sign. She admitted that she saw him but she was in a hurry to pick up her kids from school so she didn't bother to stop. The guy is going to be in intensive care for 6 months and will never ride a motorbike again. What's the bet she gets a $300 fine and a slap on the wrist?
Also that drunken **** who hit and killed that horse near Semaphore. 4 times the legal limit. Hope you're ****ing proud of yourself you filthy piece of vermin.

Randomly after hearing our ex captain describe the situation between Edwards and Mcleod, how akward and divisive it was and reflecting back that a common theme in many lost finals and other big matches over the last 5 years was leadership group performance indifference, i now have abit of enlightenment as to why!

Yeah they did so much wrong after the Mega Drive unfortunately. Releasing and then almost straight away scrapping the Mega CD and 32X stung them financially and left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. No doubt that scared a few people off.
The marketing wasn't the big issue with the Saturn though imo - it was how difficult the system was to program versus the PlayStation. It was a more powerful machine, but with the early launch Sega wasn't able to build and send out quality development kits to studios, and the thing had a ton of co-processors all over the place giving it an awkward architecture that developers were having to learn from the ground up. The PlayStation had a really well fleshed out development environment that only required devs to program in C. The games practically made themselves.
15 years on and people will tell you the Saturn is a shit system, underpowered with no good games, when the truth is it was actually more powerful than the PS1, has a lot of great games but was a bitch to develop for. If you like your arcade and "hardcore" type games it's one of the best systems out there.
