Don't stress, it often takes a while for people to say they're keen. And most games tend to start on a Sunday evening, so there's plenty of time. You can of course start on any day you like, but I'd recommend against Friday night.

When I was looking at some of my old games, I noticed Bluelegs won almost all of them. Would be good to see how they go in this one.
