Plenty of young players have debuted and stayed in the team over the last 2-3 years.

It's more a comment to a few others in here that decide young inexperienced players after 12-20 games are complete duds not worthy of keeping on our list.
It's my opinion that IF you want to back kids (which I do, among plenty others), then you HAVE to give them 50-80 games to give them the experience required to see if they'll make it.
Can't want kids to come in, then also sook about them holding their position while they learn their craft.
