General relativity posits that the closer something is to a massive object, the slower that time runs relative to something further away from that object. Time dilation.

Fun fact: Earth's core has aged 2.5 years less than the surface over the course of the planet's 4.5 billion year history, due to this phenomenon.

(I heard this on a respectable YT channel. Fact checks welcome)

Due to the extremely precise nature of GPS, even though GPS satellites travel far far far slower than the speed of light, the formulas used to calculate your location on earth must incorporate the effects of both general and specific relativity, otherwise your GPS would be off by about 11 kms a day.

You want a proper point and click and less RPG, pleurghberg dark ages and out of order were two of my favourites.

That's my real jam right there. Midi sound and all.
Will check out. I used to love point and clicks, but given I have a Switch and not a mouse, I’m hoping it’s still possible. Unless I can get it installed on the work laptop

Autumn is nice but you get the slightly too fresh nights and mornings.
Spring the flowers are blooming, the sun is warm but in its juvenile not burn your skin red but still pleasantly warm enough state but the nights only require thermal shorts not five layers and an oodie.
Autumn is depressing as it gets really dark early

Went to the cinema last night to see 'Weapons'. What a creep feast. Has a great cast and takes freaky to another place...and funny in a weird way. (3 golden choc-top awards from me)

Saw it a few weeks back, was very much a Stephen King story not by Stephen King. Really enjoyed it.

I also saw Bring Her Back earlier in the year, were maybe a few too many parallels and it distracted me a bit. BHB had some seriously ****ed up scenes in it. Oh my.

Really looking forward to Him. Looks like it could be very interesting.

on the flip side roads become busier at 6.30

Man everytime i go to sri lankan I get so pissed at how dark it at like 5-6

I saw it last week.

There were some genuine tense moments there that sent the shivers through the body, but a lot of it made you wonder what was the point?

Won’t spoil it for others, but there were a couple of red herrings that were included to throw you off the scent, but then you never really got any answers or things weren’t fleshed out.

I liked it enough though.

Agree on all points. I walked out of it thinking that I liked the experience of watching it but guarantee I won't really remember anything about the plot and sequence of events in a year or two.

That's the third time I've read that comment about the movie and I'm still not understanding what wasn't explained or made clear by the end of the movie tbh. Maybe I missed something.

People I have talked with also said that it left a lot of questions unanswered, but we couldn't discuss at the time as we were with someone who hadn't seen it.

I assume as there was no explanation about what the f*ck the tree was, and how she was harvesting her victim's energy or lifesource or whatever.
