How good was having a quarter where we both dominated general play AND translated it onto the scoreboard. Second half was a bit more average but meh, we won a derby so **** yes.

that 2nd quarter was the breakthrough quarter we never have.

we usually extend the margin to about 20ish and then let the other team to come back in. to push it out to 36+ just puts doubt in the opposition's mind.

i have little doubt that if we had done the same to the bombers last week, we'd have won fairly easy. glad to see we atoned for that this week.
