They should really switch in the NBA so that the away side wears white, as they do in the NHL (and they're starting to do in the AFL even though sides like Essendon fight it tooth and nail).

Haha.So OCT handed out t-shirts to the entire crowd - a lovely shade of blue (made it a sea of blue in fact). Trouble was they were the home team, which meant they were wearing white. And the Dallas Mavericks were the away team wearing, you guessed it, the exact same shade of blue as the t-shirts they had handed out

Right you were...As foretold by me (lol) Dallas at home today had fans wearing blue. Of course, Dallas being at home wore white while OKC wore blue.
Also, when I said the thing about anyone not liking contrasts being an idiot, I meant all things being equal before we talk about traditions and the like. For example, If I was starting a brand new sport, with 4 brand new teams, they would obviously have four completely different colours etc...
