I honestly think it is because he is getting more close checking and physical pressure from other teams. It's no great secret that he isn't the most physical player in the world.

Controversial call I know. Been a long time fan of The Wire but there are some fantastic Scandinavian crime drama. The Eagle (Ørnen: En krimi-odyssé) is my fav and is definitely on a similar level to The Wire. If you can find it on the web watch an ep. If you want to buy it, should be available via ABC shop.
If you like it, also worth checking out Rejseholdet (Unit One), Forbrydelsen (The Killing, AMC have also started airing the US adaptation), Wallander and Beck.

Went to buy it today - JB didn't have the boxset. A bit expensive at 65 bucks, but amazon, amazon.uk, ebay, none of em have it.
Only Aussies love it for English countries it seems.

$65 is all the seasons. Yeah only seems to be available from ABC store. I would suggest tracking down the first ep on the webs before you purchase it, or perhaps trying to find some spoiler free reviews.

I don't really rate it as better than The Wire but it is excellent (right up there).
AMC look like they have done a good remake of The Killing as well, worth a watch.
