I hog tied and drowned my first victim today. I was so proud of myself. Lassoed and hog tied another dude and hid him in a bush hoping he will just die at some stage.
Upgraded the camp, rescued two gang members, killed alot of animals (and people). It was a good day.

I spent an entire 5 hour session with a horse brush inexplicably stuck to my hand last night. Made for some great cutscenes, although reading and playing poker were slightly difficult

Weirdest thing, shot a deer or the like and went to go and see what star rating I got, wasn’t impressed by the two stars and so I was crouch walking around seeking a new target, came back to my horse when I had no luck and there’s a perfect eagle dead on the ground with 3 Star rating?

Anyway, long story short, did you know pigs will eat a man? I've seen many a-pig eat many a-men (well... one lonely, poor isolated rancher).

$79 at JB probably the most reliable. Harvey Norman’s website is saying $68 but whether they have stock or not you would have to check.

Watched Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid last Saturday night and that first train robbery could almost have been lifted directly from the film except there was only one guy in the money carriage.

I’m loving the fishing aspect ...lol.

Took my first trip into St Denis and yes your horse magically appears ..

It’s incredible the attention to detail ...the controls aren’t as precise as they should be but get the hang of it ...if your using aim assist then set it to wide

You need to take that stuff to a fencer. They don’t open up till you do a certsin mission with a gang member.

Finally killed that Legendary Buck to get the talisman so that you get better quality skins. For some reason I'd either get the 'too much activity' message or there'd be no sign of the bastard. Did manage to clear two camps worth of O'Driscolls in the process though

I have a $185 bounty in Valentine now. Do people advise clearing this? Obviously it's a fair bit of money, but it's making it difficult going anywhere near the town now.

I robbed the shady practice at the back of the doctors joint and shit went down which is why it got jacked up so much.

Anyone chatted to the sheriff in Valentine to do Bounty Hunter missions?

Additionally, is there a specific horse people advise to use/get? I'm on a shire atm, and for the life of me I cannot see its stats improving despite patting/feeding/brushing/calming it constantly. Or is increasing stats a very slow process?

Maybe the riding around caused too much noise . As soon as you get the message that you’re in a legendary animal area, dismount, click in your sticks to go into tracking mode and look for a yellowish cloudy thing which will be the first hint and just follow the trail. I’m not sure Legendary animals will spawn without picking up at least a clue or two.

Same thing happened to me to a degree. I killed the gunsmith (or so I thought), the cops turn up and start searching the streets but i was hiding behind the counter the whole time (they didn't even check the store for the killer?!!). When the heat cooled I walked out, got told to move on by a bunch of Grays and thought I'll try and get the kid out later. Return the next day and the gunsmith is ALIVE!?!?! He warns me not to try anything like last time. The dude is freaking Jesus. So I think '**** you Jesus! You can't tell me what to do!' So I pull my gun out and aim it at the gunsmith, he draws on me AGAIN and we do the same dance. Came back another day later and the kid in the basement is dead apparently. WTF??
