If the Eagles won then we were a huge chance of making finals without winning about game.

Now we have to win another game or we are out.
Always thought we would need to anyhow
And not winning another game we go into finals 1 from 5 pfft

We are gone now, what a waste... bulldogs will win remaining 2 so we’re gonna need 10 wins to get in. That means we have to beat west coast or gws and in the form we are in right now no way is that going to happen

I'm concern about our inside 50 entires against them.

Look at how easily Andrews and May dominated us the pervious two games. Seems like we will feed directly into West Coasts hands.

As the late great Spud Frawley said we need to lower our eyes going inside 50, bomb it in and McGovern and Barrass will have a field day.

If you beat the Eagles and lose to GWS you need the Pies to lose a game. If you beat GWS you're in assuming all other favourites get up.

If Saints beat WCE and lose to GWS they are on 40 points.
Pies win both 42 points. (Lose to PA and are on 38 points)
Dogs win both they are on 40 points but low % So would not displace St Kilda.

Both GWS and Dees cannot win when they play.
So either GWS end up as a max on 44 and Dees 36 =Saints and GWS make the 8

or GWS end up as a max on 40 and Dees 40 = Saints and Dees make the 8 due to % unless some massive results happen to offset the % difference.

If Saints win one more game they make the 8.

If Carlisle is not in this week to handle either Darling or JK then surely there are some other issues in the camp that we haven't heard of. With Skunk and King back in expected for Abbott and Marsh...surely Philips is the only other player that makes way for snake..unless someone pulls up sore

No doubt the dogs getting up hurts us but again just means we have to win.

Reckon west coast were feeling the pinch a bit tonight. Hopefully they are flat on Thursday at the end of their tough run.

Still think we make it. Would rather be a game clear with 2 to go than not

If we don't beat one of WCE or GWS well then what are we doing, we won't deserve finals...is what my head is telling me.

But this year has been ******* awful, I just want to see my football club back in finals - the fans and the club deserve it.
Tend to agree. Sometimes things just are the way they're meant to be.

I have faith we can still do it.

GWS are gettable. WCE are too.

I think WCE presents itself as the more winnable game. They should be vulnerable, but so are St Kilda. I think GWS are starting to get on a bit of a roll and gaining a lot of momentum, forget how bad the first 3 qtr's against Carlton were. Their last term was that of a club desperate to play finals and they have too much talent not to be there for mine.

Our double chance to make finals begins now.
Our % won't help us now so we have to win one.
We ll have all of the dogs ,demons, pies and his fans hating us this thurs .
Win that or against Gws and we're worthy.
At least our last 2 games actually, mean something

Yeah it's a good thing that we need to win one of these next two games, losing both these games and limping through to finals with percentage is not worth doing.

If he's still out of the team this week, wouldn't surprise me if he packs his bags and heads home. Why should he stick around if they're not going to play him? Barring injury of course, but he's best 22. He's important to the team and when we lack on field leadership we really need a guy who isn't afraid to get vocal on the field.

Also interesting that despite us looking very sluggish over the last month, we’re still the 3rd highest scoring team to geelong and port.

Get it together ratts.

Ladder predictor. I think the Doggies grabbed the Pies spot today. If GWS beat Melbourne, they swap positions.

The Dog one is very unlikely.
