Bevan - won't make the next world cup
Martyn - won't make the next world cup and has patchy form. Clarke is ready and will be around for next world cup.

*** There are a lot of other players who won't be around at the next world cup - Lehmann, McGrath, Langer, Hayden. They need to be phased out gradually over the next 4 years. A bit tough on Bevan, but I think he has to be one of the first to go.

In:

Langer - Prob won't be around for next world cup, but is in such form, plays well with hayden, and there is no one to replace him yet. I'm not sold on Maher yet, but if is firing down the track, bring him in.

Clarke - we need a real young guy or two, and this guy kicks r-soles.

Changes:

Gilly - I think he needs a change. Langer's good to open with hayden. Gilly would be great to be able to bring him in with 10 overs to go. What a luxury.

Are you not the same bloke that said (in another thread) including Harvey gives the side variety? Here I am (and I'm sure I'm not alone) thinking he is just another sharpish medium pacer, only not as good as the others (same pace as McGrath & Bichel for a start)....
