Here we go again with the tribunal consistency - why wasn't Johnson called up for felling Fraser?
Licuria, I really hope he does get off, although who cares, it's six months til he has to serve the sentence. Yes he did knee Akermanis, but how long was Aker allowed to hol,d him on the ground for? Licuria tried to get up and Aker pulled him back, at which point, it would seem in frustration, Licuria kneed him. If Aker had've let him get up, Licuria wouldn't have been ****ed off enuf to feel the need to do it would he?

Having watched the grand final about 10 times now thanks to Fox Footy, IMO Johnson was only a touch late and did not make high contact so doesn't have a case to answer. .... except to me cos I tipped him to win the Norm Smith and he fizzled big time!

Strongly doubt that Chris Johnston would face the tribunal when it was a body clash and both players were going for the ball.

Just been announced that Licuria and Burns will front the tribunal as expected on video review charges.

Burns would be unlucky to get more than one as it was an open hand, even though it stunned Brown. Wasn't a big swing like Clokes either.

Licuria on the other hand should get 3-4. Dropping your knee onto someone's head is a weak dog act.

IMO Burns would be pretty unlucky to go, but I can't see Licuria playing before round 3 next year, maybe even later. Pretty low act I thought.

Burns will get two as it was late and deliberate IMO.

I think Scotty is a great player and is usually a ball player but I think the grand final got the better of him with that one.

Havn't seen the Licuria one.

You think so? I honestly think Johnson tried to take Fraser out. But Johnson got hurt too, so i dunno.

All I know about Licuria's injury, didn't see it and don't know anyone who has, is that he needed 12 stitches in his scalp after the game and when asked how he got it said something along the lines of he doesn't know but thought it was Akermanis. Didn't say how, when.

I can't remember Lica going off the ground at any stage, I certainly don't remember him being covered with sort of blood 12 stitches would produce. I do remember Lica putting his knee into Aka's head though.
