We as a club need him for at least 2 more seasons. 3 preferable. Limbach, Pattison types need at least 2 more seasons under there belt.

If Richo can play 1 year as the mobile flanker, which i doubt, he should be pushed into the goal square 2006 and beyond.

sadly i agree agree with you on that hes been a great player for us but he demands the ball so much that hte team tries to give it to him all the time even when their are 2or3 players on him. its not his fault its just the way the players look to him to win the game and he cant do it every week for us even though he gives his all every game. i just think we wont be so 1D when hes gone and we'll work better as a team.IMO

15 other clubs would take richo in a heart beat.
