Ricky Dyson - Why isnt he in our 1s

Played junior footy with him and he was a gun and he still is so Why the Hell cant he get a game.
Has been travelling well with Bendigo and has no injuries, Stanton has overtaken him but thats only because he has been given the opportunity and Ricky hasnt.
Anyone know anything that i dont, please post your thoughts

They've been managing OP or some other groin problem since his pre-season I believe. Last time I went to see Bendigo he still wasn't doing the groin stretches during the warm-up so it must be still an issue.

He had a very slow start form wise in the pre-season which is where some other players stole the march on him (particularly Stanton who was excellent in the pre-season), and he has been solid but not outstanding for Bendigo.

I'd imagine he'll get a couple more games as the season progresses, he's definately part of the plan.

he'll' get a run very soon, sheedy singled him out as a player who he wanted to give more senior opportunities to in his press conference, possibly this week against the kangas.

I doubt it would be this week, he didn't have a particularly good game on the weekend. Winderlich was the best of quick midfielder types.
