Rnd 3 Changes vs GWS

Brennan. Emac and Schoey will be able to handle the talls for GWS who are .... um.... ah.... their forward line is actually shit.

Nah, bring Brown in.

Don't want Schofield to be focusing too much on watching a KPF, but rather on the dash out of D.

Reckon Masto will make the move up to the wing and we'll see Stevens replace Masto on the half forward line. He has a reasonable overhead grab and an obvious tackling intensity which would suit our forward line - the lack of pace would be the only concern.

How has Brown been in the WAFL ? worthy of a call up?

I don't think he has even been playing WAFL.

Embely and Glass out

In: the two players we may well need the most versus Hawks

For me that would be Butler and McGinnity

McGinnity can run with Rioli and Scooter takes on Sam Mitchell. McGinnity can swap with A Selwood throughout the game down back. Waters forward takes Embely's role and Butler joins Hurn down back.

I'm just as keen to see Brennan and Newman as the next supporter because in 3 years both will be best 22 IMO but right now Butler and McGinnity are our next best two.

Would like to see Brown in.

Neates for Embley. Has to be surely. Otherwise we may aswell delist him now.

WC v GWS - Butler, Brown, Dalziell, Brennan, McGinnity, Stevens, Neates in for Glass,Priddis, Rosa, Embley

They better f@%#$ing win or I'll be pissed

Would this mean that dalziell, Neates and brennan are all considered to be ahead of sheppard?

With those outs i want butler, brown, stevens and mginnity in.

Who's starting on the field?

They'll cut it to a 4 man bench tomorrow.

Would this man that dalziell, Neates and brennan are all considered to be ahead of sheppard?

In terms of current WAFL form and likelihood of making an impact straight away? Yeah. But in terms of the internal ranking of players within the club based on ability and potential, I sincerely doubt it.

Dalziell has always dominated the WAFL and deserves at least one more shot, Neates was BOG for Claremont and had a brilliant preseason and so did Brennan, so it makes sense for these guys to be given opportunities. Sheppard is a long term player that the club know will be around for a while, you can't say the same for the other three.

We will still win this one as our talls look like they are all playing bar Glass

Players like Stevens, McGinnity, Neates and Butler or Brennan will come into the side and go all out. In fact they may go harder than some established players just trying to push their claims forward.

Last year we only beat GC by less than 4 goals at home so anything is possible but even with four big names out we do have depth.

With 3 on the bench I think the game is heading this way. Not only do you have to have the best team but the best list!

Good for the game overall but not so good for fans who want to see the best team week in week out.

I don't have a problem with it.
