He's worth another crack next year but he needs to put on some size and work on his attack on the contest and game. Hes 22 years old with 26 games, playing undersized at 184cm 79kg. He is absolutely worth another year in the system.

Last year definitely changed me. I wandered up to the front room last night where my daughter was watching TV and she asked “how much tigers win by Dad?”
When I told her we lost she didn’t believe me firstly because she has got used to us just winning more often than not, but mostly because she said “na you’re lying you would have been yelling at the tv”.
I would have too! But na very relaxed these days.

Same here.Content these days.A loss like that pre flag i would be stewing over it for days.
Now i look fwd knowing last night was our last loss for the season.

Our inside 50 entries are a real concern this year. Seems to be very little system, more of a get it in and roll the dice. GWS defenders had a picnic clearing the ball out and setting up there attack. We are crying out for a genuine second tall. I like Moore but he is still very green. Looking to next year we have to go for Lynch.

We need to persist with Cellis at least until Conca returns. He has huge upside once it clicks for him. As for Bolton he shouldn’t be played again this year. Not ready at all. He needs to learn the Richmond way of playing but I get the impression he’d rather do it his way at the moment.

Our favourite whipping boys Grigg and Brando are a real concern as well. I just don’t see what Griggs’ role is at the moment. Is he playing as a tagger? Brandon just looks lost against good opposition. They both need to lift.

George having 5 shots on goal is a great effort by a small forward, he usually would bury those two snaps. If Bolton kicks that goal we win, same with C Ellis, if jack left that ball dribble through kicked by dusty we’d win. Giants played to their peak almost,with respect to their outs. We were ineffective and lacked structure around stoppages. B Ellis needs to go. Thought the plan of shai nominating for ruck in f50 was dumb as it effectively nullified his inclusion into the team as a small pressure/crumbing forward. Really hard to defend C Ellis’ performance last night, lacked composure, that kick out on the full for me was my biggest raging point of the night. I’d bring in Stengle and Menadue. Reckon shai is looking elsewhere for opportunities at end of season.

One thing I noticed at the game was when we put our pressure on and tried to surge it forward giants have more skilled players to get the ball out - most teams don’t have that and turn it over but giants seemed better able to execute than most teams we’ve played

Must admit.The first qtr was the best i,ve seen this year from any side in terms of disposal.Crisp & clean.

Well that was a result we pissed against the wall , by no means disgraced just disappointing we couldn’t finish off our work. Was George dr Jeckyl or mr Hyde last night , FMD a couple of those snaps looked like an Irishmen on his first training run not using a round ball. I’m sure he doesnt need reminding . Bolton did nothing to firm his spot in fact he’d be close to a line being drawn I reckon, not sure they’d go another youngster , Lloyd will come into calcs I expect. gws seem to have our measure in terms of leg speed and defensive pressure however i think we will still beat them with the right soldiers on the park in the game that matters come the pointy end...
