He's clearly injured. I think the different clues from the club would indicate he has a chronic groin injury.

This would also be effecting his goal kicking (just to point this out, given he's been criticised for that a fair bit this year).

The big question is whether or not there is any value in resting him, or if this is something that needs to be managed week to week. Seems like we think the latter.

This doesn't excuse his effort, nor his intent in his down games, but it does explain why we're playing him the way we are this year.
Saw when he was 1 on 1 with someone in a contest the ball spilled to the ground and he didn't bother laying a tackle or making any pressure.

Then he walked around for 10 seconds with a massive limp. 100% injured.

In 2015 & 2016 Robbie was starting to turn his set shots for goal around, ie becoming quite a reliable kicker for goal. That was one part of his game that he had improved. This year his set shot percentages have fallen re 3rd quarter against the Blues. Could this be an injury? Yes, tonight his game was a shocker but I have faith in the man for him to turn it around.

Playing badly injured players is a strike. Do it three times and heads on the selection panel must roll

This is a symptom of hinkleys inability to think creatively. Very frustrating to have a head coach with this liability.

I'm a big fan of ken but this was dumb. Just as dumb as play SPray in the forward line

Definitely injured has been all year & managed to beat up against the minnows that aren't as solid defensively but yesterday was the worst game he's ever played, couldn't run was obvious when Priddis looked like Usain Bolt sprinting past him whilst he looked to be in quick sand.

Nothing fell his way & yes deserved a free for on a holding the ball & high tackle but we were lucky to get given any frees inside our forward 50, that was so depressing to see him struggle like that & beaten by an ok at best player that even kicked the sealer goal running off him.

Please Ken give him a rest to see if he can get his groins right so we can have a fit Robbie fire in the second half of the season, it's not like we don't have players performing to slot into his forward/mid spot Krak, Amon, Gus etc.

He gets a rest in a weeks time. We have our bye early don't forget.

****ing lol at the people criticising the three time reigning B&F for having a few poor games in amongst a couple of BOG performances while clearly carrying an injury!

The bloke is that good at footy that even when he is clearly not fit he is still capable of a 30 and 6 or 10 scoring shot game!
