Saw when he was 1 on 1 with someone in a contest the ball spilled to the ground and he didn't bother laying a tackle or making any pressure.He's clearly injured. I think the different clues from the club would indicate he has a chronic groin injury.
This would also be effecting his goal kicking (just to point this out, given he's been criticised for that a fair bit this year).
The big question is whether or not there is any value in resting him, or if this is something that needs to be managed week to week. Seems like we think the latter.
This doesn't excuse his effort, nor his intent in his down games, but it does explain why we're playing him the way we are this year.
Then he walked around for 10 seconds with a massive limp. 100% injured.
