Well dipstick, Lingy was towelling Dal Santo and after seeing the WB make a fatal mistake the week before decided to leave him on Dal and give Jimmeh the job on Hayes.

Geez... thats not even something you need to research.

It was one of the major points of the GF... Lingy went to Dal, then Hayes was going crazy good so Jimmy went to him. A professional footy commentator should know this.

Walls probably did read it but because he read it more than 5 minutes before he was on One Week At A Time, he forgot.

Also did you notice how he also said Cameron Ling isn't even in our best 22.

Also he said Gary Ablett was clearly best on ground which he may have been, but then why did you on Saturday night give the TV to Joel Selwood for best on ground.

We all know he doesnt like Geelong, but this sort of stuff just embarasses himself.

Most here are footy tragics and need their daily fix... even if it means a slight numbing of the cerebral cortex.

Even though Walls is a bit of a flog at times he did raise the salient point that Lingy has been giving away too many frees. This is true. Both around stoppages for scragging and the odd 50m for chatter. This needs to stop heading into the finals.

Anyway, he should get Judd this weekend and will be fully tested. Should be interesting to see if the Ling "sting" is fully operational.

Agree with Gladbags.

On the whole, Walls has been very complimentary towards us of late. Hell after the R19 game v Collingwood he still had us to beat them in the GF!

Agree though that the Ling v Hayes comment in last year's GF was a shocker.
