Spotted at the Strokes/Kings of Leon gig at Scarbs on the weekend were Belly, Medders (in a Ramones Tshirt), a surprisingly tall Thornton and Ben Colreavy (wearing a "Wetbacks" t-shirt... a google search shows that they are a pommy band... probably picked it up during the Junket cup tour in Oct.).

Didn't see them enter the mosh pit, just hanging around near the back, saw a few people chat to them but basically kept to themselves. Belly and Medders both had a beer or 2, didn't see the youngsters have any... maybe they were the skippers for the night.

Fashion Tip for the year... I can see a porno mo and Thommo 70's style haircut on Colreavy in respect for the Kings of Leon lead singer... and I reckon the club should try to get them down to the ground for the jumper presentation instead of Abbasolutely.

Not a teamfull, just a token. Richie tried it last year with the Freo-Fro and it got him noticed (but didn't really help his game)... I reckon Colreavy could try this, this year.
If it doesn't work out for him at Freo, he could always keep the porno mo and the shorts and help out down at Willeton High in the Phys Ed dept.
