Has guts saying he resembles Dal Santo.

Nothing wrong with being confident..

I think now, some people may begin to realsie the real damages of paying out Knights was.

Could of put this kid onto the NSW list and had an extra kid
(but still paying two sets of salaries - one outside perhaps - I stand corrected on all of this).

Instead we select him and essentially lose out a player.

Any ways, guys, I think we have a real ripper here. a really good kid two from what I have heard.

According to Essendon FC he has been upgraded from a NSW scholarship player to a NSW rookie player.

I herd somewhere (might have been the video on Bomber T.V. with Dudoro talking about the draftees) that this kid is now eligible to play in the NAB Cup. Does this mean he can't play play senior footy during the year, and if so why not?

What?
How the **** do you get from A to B. Honestly, I don't even know...
Explain yourself, show your working, I've got no idea what you're on about.

Surely this is, if anything, the real damages of cutting Larry Watson in 1979.

Also a queastion for HFF or Ant555 if they read this.....might have been mentioned before, but had Webster not been a scholoarship selection and nominated for the drafts like most others, what sort of range of selections do you think he may have gone at??

We went in to the rookie draft with 3 empty rookie spaces, so if the 4th rookie we picked is not as an additional NSW rookie outside the list, what do you think he is?

This ^^

Sorry HFF but that made no sense at all..

Basically from what i understand of what you said, we cant afford another 30K PA rookie??

Put the pipe down big fella!

Sounds impressive this kid.... I too would be interested to know where he would have been drafted if not tied to us under the scholarship program.

I look forward to seeing how he goes for bendigo in 2011.

David Meli is still 'contracted' to us until end of 2012 i believe... will probably play for Bendigo in 2011 more regularly after playing for the Calder Cannons this year. Maybe he will be named as an international rookie end of 2011.
