Rossy Lyonstein has been embroiled in a #metoo campaign of his own now for a few weeks, and it seems as more days pass more of his alleged victims appear to be surfacing. Professional muck-raker and all round top bloke Bender_ has taken it upon himself to investigate these allegations and bring the information to the community.
*Please note: all names of the alleged victims have been changed to protect their identity*
Bender_: Thank you for speaking with me today Mr Rowley
Cryan Rowley: No problem, I feel the more of us that come out to speak up against Rossy Lyonstein then more men will be empowered to speak up too.
B: So, tell me what happened.
CR: Rossy called me into his office one day after another defeat. He said he liked what he saw of me out on the big stage and thought I had star potential. He said that he wouldn’t rest until I was the game’s premier tagger and I had a medal around my neck.
B: Well all that sounds pretty positive –
CR: And it was. Before I knew it I was dominating the tagging scene and I had the Doig Medal around my neck. I was on top of the world! It was amazing – it was exhilarating.

B: Then what happened
CR: After a big loss one week, Rossy called me into his office again. He was sitting in the dark with an evil grin on his face. He said *sob*…
B: It’s okay, take your time.
CR: He had his belt unbuckled and his pants around his ankles. He told me he wanted me to play down back and drive it up the guts! He demanded I attack the contest hard and put a big fist in!

B: My goodness. That’s terrible.
CR: I was never the same again. My life spiralled out of control for that. Before I knew it I was hooked on methadone and playing for Essendon just for a hit. *sob*
B: You’re very brave Mr Rowley, you coming forward will do so much for other victims.
