But guys, Jaensch stuck a tackle!

It feels like an uninspired selection but I guess you have to start from somewhere. Up to Crouch and co to shove their way in now.

Jaensch has been very good in the preseason. Will have a big year totally deserving of his spot. Love him with the ball coming off half back and his defensive work has been very sound.

Martin will be the sub. Crouch stiff but will still play a lot of games this year. Martin preferred as sub due to his versatility over Crouch.

Gee Vader i thought Martin and Jaensch were not even close to our best 22 and should have been delisted?

Bolocks. Jaensch gets beaten one on one time after time. He is not a defender.

Crouch is a mid, Jaensch plays defence/half back is it that hard to comprehend?
It's not dream team.

You can have Crouch in the team for Jaensch.

Can't say I'm rapt with that side, Jaensch, Otten and Martin extremely lucky boys. Don't really understand the explanation for Shaw's missing out for Otten, when you consider Petrenko played similar game time and still gets a game ahead of guys like Crouch and Riley. Must say I'm not happy that they've squeezed out Crouch, he was improving with every game and really looked like he belonged at the level against Carlton, certainly ahead of a few of those guys on the bench there.

It better be the Otten that dominated Jack Darling that comes out tomorrow and not the Otten of this preseason and most of the past 2 years, otherwise Cranmeri will tear him a new one. Henderson certainly couldn't handle him and Talia/Rutten will have their hands full with Ryder and Hurley respectively.

I gather we're targeting the Bomber's lack of speed by playing a heap of outside running types, I just worry that its not our natural game.

Crouchy will be in soon enough
Yeah, we've said this for years about all our young players.

Crouch will be back in Victoria within 18 months.

* obvious troll comment ^^^ don't bite

Callinan and Smith to come in when fit, so how does Crouch get a game? Bit of a joke really.
