Essendon are in a pretty miserable position. Coming up on a quarter of a century since they won a final, they have a mediocre coach and unlike teams like Richmond and North they don't really have much in the way of promising youngsters which is especially grim with Tassie about to come in. Along with Carlton and West Coast they have one of the bleakest futures in the comp.

we have a shocking record away against the bombers so no doubt it will be tough. i think their chip game might lead to a lot of frustration. we should have enough firepower to get it done though

My eldest was a bit under 3 when I finally got her there so you're doing well.

There was a family with like a 6 month old at the Hawthorn game near us, and they stayed the whole game, impressive stuff.

The timing of Michael Voss might work out well for us. There’s been a lot more hype about Freo this week, so now the focus has shifted to something else. I’ve personally been too excited to focus on much else, so it’s got to be very intense and confronting for our players.

My child's first game was 2010 R3 v Geelong at Subi.

Down at 3QT to come back in the last. I missed the final 2 minutes because it was too exciting.

I hope we cruise to a comfortable 8 goal win for you.

Seems crazy unless you have no options with baby sitters. They probably have to wear ear muffs to not get scared and aren’t going to get much out of it. Even 5-6 years old can struggle for more than a half and parents just give them the iPad or phone once they lose interest. Each to their own though.
