Kornes doesn't necessarily always take the best player, because they want him to be damaging the other way. Like Kornes going to Stevens on the weekend, instead of Judd.

Either way, Kornes wouldn't stop Ablett anyway

With my Hawks hat on I would say that's a bad idea though I hope I'm wrong.

1. Hawks midfield is likely to be undermanned with a question mark on Bateman.

2. He is generally not as effective in wet greasy conditions. In the corresponding match last year he didn't do much, though he didn't have many opportunities.

I hope I'm wrong tho.

Only concern is Cox is only playing about 75% gametime the past few weeks

I will consider him, but now Goodes is in the clear I am more likely to go with him.
