Looking forward to getting a good KPP in he draft with the pick we will have and hopefully Bomber as an assistant ;)
I love Bombers pressies. He says it then says did I just say that. Squirms in his seat. Disagrees with his previous answer because it wasnt competitive enough. I love his honesty.

1. Sam Reid has the best lead high mark style
2. Mitchell Parker JPK nothing wrong in the middle there
3. Highlighted our deficiencies again which makes calling for changes more imminent

Derickx and Pike were unbelievable slow imo

I never said they weren't slow :p But at least Derickx did the job he was asked to do, so if Tippett's injury is worse than first thought then at least it gives us some flexibility while we try to pick up the pieces.

Tom D is ok. Need to see Nanny asap though to compare.

Parker is really good.

Rohan just needs to fix the leg, I assume the pain is from the rod?

We have some awesome forwards but no forward line so at least it can be fixed

1. Hanners responded to the criticism, although he didn't set the world on fire, he took steps in the right direction and will be back to his best in no time.
2. Kennedy was really good, just needs a little more help on the inside and we'll see him take another step forward
3. Buddy is trying, and has started to show some promising signs, it's only a matter of time before he clicks
4. Rampe was pretty good, I've been on his case about the mo & hairdo, but if he keeps getting better it shows that his mind is in the right place
5. Pyke still has sticky hands, last year's contested marking was not just a lucky streak, he can offer us something
6. Jetts, got his hands on the ball and looked pretty composed. He's building, and I think he'll get back to his 2012 form in no time
7. It was good to see Jack back out there. He's got a solid pair of hands and will only help our midfield (which is unfortunately a little down atm)
8. Reid is building, when we get Tippett back, and Buddy finds his groove I think Sam will start hitting the scoreboard more frequently
9. Nick Smith. No need to say anything, his name says it all
10. Parker's a human wrecking ball, once again, when the rest of the midfield starts functioning he'll start tearing the opposition apart

1. It's not the cattle. It's the gameplan. Nothing is more certain.

2. We have a chance to prove ourselves in what is now a season decider. Go 0-3 and we're done.

3. Jesse White isn't good.

Well it's the same when you play soccer - you can't just drop several new players into a system and expect them to perform brilliantly from the get-go. I think with pretty much all of our tall players missing massive chunks of the pre-season the players are a bit well wtf do I do when going past the centre line. It's clear that Franklin has hardly played in this team as well as Reid.

Once you fit Reid, Goodes, Tippet & Franklin in the same team and you get them playing together consistently, it'll be hard for other teams to stop.

And when will that be - 2015 ?

Goodes is still weeks away and Tippett is only just starting agility and lateral movements.

I save money not flying to Melbourne for finals. Am I doing this right?

We probably won't see the best from this team this season because of the number of injuries we have. If we don't get Goodes back on the field this year it's fair to say he may retire. Not having Tippet out there is hurting us a lot because we don't have that 2nd forward to exploit Franklin with, much in the same way that Hawthorn did.

the injuries were always going to impact the start of the year. we were relying on the rest of the team to hold it down while tippett (and goodes) got back but that hasn't gone to plan. considering we had 2 winnable games to start the season its quite concerning. a loss to adelaide will really put our season in danger. tippetts got to xome back and settle. rohans probably going to be nursed through the year, if we cop a couple injuries to key players then were in a bit of strife

1. Jettas Defensive pressure was better then i've seen in a long time, He was running hard and making himself an option out of defence so happy to see him getting more of the ball.
2. Buddy is starting to show some form, kicked a couple of goals and worked hard all game.
3. Derickz hit the marking contests really well and crashed a few big packs.

Seeing Buddy highlights on our website each week. After our losses it's been the only thing I look forward to.

I can't wait to see him kick a few goals in a big win.
