What's your theory behind that Spartan?

I tend to make random comments from time to time, some based on gut feeling and some based on evidence. I posted on another forum during the week that the Doggies will beat the Saints by 66 points. Close enough me thinks.

Possible reasons that GAblett will not 'break any SC records':

1. Bruce might tag him. Bruce is actually a decent tagger and tagged BJ last week. Even though the Doggies won by almost 100 BJ was kept very quiet. Yes GAblett > BJ at this point in time but BJ is no slouch.

2. Cats will dominate the Demons, Bomber will rest his stars and experiment with a few new things.

3. Cold wet and rainy day at Skilled.. Bartel loves those like a fat kid loves cake. However with GAblett I'm not so sure that it completely suits him.

4. GAblett has had two huge weeks. What goes up must come down.

He is still good enough to crack the ton and I don't think he will drop below 100 too often this year based on his current form. He could prove me wrong with a 50 or a 150, but I'm tipping around the 100 mark for GAblett.

I've gone for gazza this round but on the face of it I should be putting Cox as captain every week.

Thank christ I didn't have John Brown as captain this week. I'd be mighty dark with a limp 24

Went for Goods after having COx for the first two weeks. Cox was well down with 84 or so, Goodes 117 looking pretty good at this stage. Pav's 130-odd the only superior score in my ranks to date.

Stuck with Medhurst as well and he repaid me with 138

chad cornes is raping it. 130 at 3 qtr time. after he kicks the winning goal he should pull up with about 250 in the bank.

Was happy with 151 from chappy but 174 from cornes would have been better
