Yeah good call on sparrow. I feel like his decision making and execution has been well down.Yeah, I’d be staggered if Petty comes straight in.
The big debate will be who goes out for Brown, Weid or T Mac. I’m torn on that one.
Sparrow has been pretty unimpressive so far this year too … wonder whether Bedford should be given a chance to impress for a full game?

I like Weid, but after last night he's the obvious out for Brown. TMc at least contests regularly.
Can't see Petty being rushed back in. Hunt has been poor but we don't have a clear replacement atm so holds his spot for now.
Needs to lead at the kicker more. Seems to wait for the kick or try and wrestle his defender. At least leading opens up space behind if he doesn't get the ball.I agree, does weids role not allow him to get further up the ground or does he not know his role? He seem to demand the ball last week where this week he was invisible. I just can't make sense of it, Port flooded and he couldn't work through it.
I was kind of hoping that Trac being tagged would give Sparrow some time to show how good he is, but aside from a couple of set shot goals he’s been average so far. Wouldn’t drop him yet though.Yeah, I’d be staggered if Petty comes straight in.

Maybe he did play the role asked of him inside the f50?I agree, does weids role not allow him to get further up the ground or does he not know his role?
And TMcs best bullocking work was done around hf-flank and wings, IMO, even down to back flanks. Hitting bodies around the loose/contested ball, and allowing us to progress the footy to our advantage. He seem to demand the ball last week where this week he was invisible. I just can't make sense of it, Port flooded and he couldn't work through it.
This will be the first week back of 3 matches, at VFL level.B. Brown in for Weid (was nowhere to be seen unfortunately).
Happy to play it safe with getting Petty back to full fitness. Limited minutes tomorrow night against Willy.
Give him a full VFL game against Coburg before getting him back in for Tomo.
Dunstan or whoever turns it on tomorrow night in as Medisub.
Bedford has had 4, time to rotate.
I doubt it. Hes too important, is not needing to find form, or overcome any injuries. All risk and no reward, to take a chance on such an important player.will BBB play for casey this week ?
He's on the teamsheet but I agree with SugarHealey. No need for him to risk injurywill BBB play for casey this week ?
44k against Essendon last Friday night. Highly doubt we get 30k.Will be disappointed if we don't get over 30k for this. Traditionally GWS don't pull big crowds in vic for obvious reasons, but unless the weather is shit there is no reason our fans shouldn't turn up (Yes I know there is plenty of reasons across the league, but surely we can get 30k+ to this game).
I'd rather see him in Adelaide for our Girls Granny tomorrow, than to play at Casey this particular week. He's on the teamsheet but I agree with SugarHealey. No need for him to risk injury
I'm blaming you when he trips and falls down a flight of stairs at AO.I'd rather see him in Adelaide for our Girls Granny tomorrow, than to play at Casey this particular week.
The coaching staff have been in love with J.Smith forever. Athletically he is the most flexible back we have.Smith is probably a decent chance to come back in with Brown I reckon. Either or Tommo or Hunt to make way.
We were terribly out of form last year and still could have won. We aren't at our best but aren't playing terribly. They tagged touk Miller last week and nullified him pretty well, so expect another tag on trac. I don't think gws will play as negatively as port did, so that and with bbb back we should be able to score fairly easily. Our second game against GWS last season was a dumpster fire, hoping for better this time around, bunch of overrated 'Stars' of which the only actual one is currently suspended.
BBB in for Weid.
