didnt watch the game, but surely didnt deserve a 60!
He is a good player and it was a scrappy game

Maybe 60 is naive. But he didn't do much til the last qt (allbeit that is when the game was up for grabs / to be won). First 3 quarters, he plodded around and did flip eff all.

Looks good to me. Fine midfield. You did very well holding your nerve with your mid rookies. Looks great. Whats your trades left and Team value, must be pretty bloody good.
Hopefully Rance/Laird don't cause any donuts.

Simpson has been fantastic for me. Will R Gray be an option for you?
After these two trades its actually only 23. Would like to have a couple more, but to stay on top ive mucked around and gone Rockliff > Gray > Hanners.

Team value is bang on 12mill. Robbie maybe later in the year if hes too good to resist.

Libba will continue to go up but I can't pass Josh Smith. Smith's JS is good and will make more from here than Libba.

Other trade will be defensive, Weoters > Shaw. Leaves me with over $600k. Gibson has only been here for two weeks but really losing my shit with him.

as i said i didnt see the game, i dont really know how he went, but from what i heard he played better than you make him out to have.

Are peoples team so bloody good and without any problem that they have the luxury of offing Libba already?
If Liberatore is your squads biggest problem, then the automobile should be in sight.

Would have imagined Libba to be the perfect M9 or the last trade you would want to make....At the very least when he has a few big rounds, and a premium like Smitch or Pridd bottoms out, you could almost trade them for no cost or very little..

I'm already choosing my paint job.

i dont think people have prioritized their trades.
i dont have Libba but kinda of wished i started him over Brouch.
He is still averaging 90 odd, which is better than 99% of the mid rookies.
he may be carrying an injury, but is still getting decent scores with it.
definitely bottom of the list to be traded out

Not surprised you are doing so well with that midfield.
I'm bang on 12 mil too, after two trades this week, I'll be down to 24. 22 after that when I down grade to Petracca and Kaeys if he goes ok. (was going to do 3 down grades one upgrade next two weeks, but forgot about keays. Will have 650K in the bank for two decent upgrades taking me to 20 trades left.
Thats my 3 week plan. Of course its supercoach and any plans I have will be totally FUBAR next week. :drunk:

Laird's injury has thrown a spanner in the works as I have Rance and Weitering, can't have a donut on the field. Looks like no BKen to Ward trade this week, just a weitering upgrade instead.

id be somehow getting Josh Smith into mids
102k mid BE -108
Then sell Dea for a premo
you can hold Weitering for a week as he wont lose any money, whereas Dea could go down another 20k.
wait for teams, but i would go
Oliver to Smith
Dea to Simpson/Boyd

Thanks for help. Can you see any other trades I should do? any plays a must to get?

Yeah and ive got 2 of them on the pine because of it!!! Defence as good as done

Agreed my mids are a bit short but were always going to be when I picked Goldy at the start, and have gone Rockliff > Gray > Hanners :(

Thanks mate!

Sweet. Yeah I just dont trust Matty Boyd to play the games, still could swap late in the week, or possibly go early on McVeigh?
With all the injuries at the Dogs, and their need for senior leaders, Boyd could well play all 22 for all we know.
Thorough professional. Conditioning not a concern.

I don't know why all of sudden anyone over the age of 30 must be given a rest through the year. When did this start happening and more importantly why? What evidence do clubs make these decisions on? I bet their is none. Footy clubs are such sheep :ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram::ram:

not really
would look at getting rid of Parish and Weitering next week though.
probably Parish for Petracca and then Weitering to the other def premo you wanted.
looks like a good team though mate.

For those just playing the game now.

I believe consensus trade advice this week is:
  1. Weitering or Dea (in that order) should be moved to Josh Smith (lock rookie this week) through DPP. If you don't have either of the above other popular options are Tippa and BenKen.
  2. DO NOT TOUCH LIBBA.

My personal advice is look forward to next week:
  1. With Petracca and Keays likely to be on the bubble next week will likely be a double downgrade cash grab
  2. That means if you're eyeing a top premo to add to your team (Shaw, Parker, Zorko, etc.) do it this week otherwise you're waiting another 2.

Need some advice as I'm in trouble with Laird, Rance and Tom Lee in my backline. 25 trades 136k in the bank
