Harley Reid is a clear clear number one pick. He would compliment Lalor so well. Also looking at this years draft at this stage it’s that tall bloke and about 6 academy kids that will follow. Pick 2 could be like pick 8. This is meant to be a weak draft.

He is definitely worth giving picks 2 and 3/4 for.

Fact is whoever is in the mid’s rotation this weekend with Taranto and Hopper is going to get a lot more their way than what happened against the Hawks and is going to look good.
I hope it’s not Dow, I’m sorry but I think we’ve seen his best he can’t replace Hopper or Taranto if there’s an injury and he doesn’t have enough upside in bursting and taking the game on.
This weekends a good opportunity to build some confidence for Mcauliff.

Going to get ugly this week. Umps to continue their consistent form in giving us another reaming. Some oppo spud will kick 5-6 goals, Graham to have his best game of the year with 15 useless disposals to go with 13 tackles, Lynch will belt someone and cop a week or two.

The coaches better be considering the next two weeks as our Finals, we cant be losing to WC & Norf at the MCG. These two games should've been penciled in as wins at the start of year and its so important right now to get some confidence back. It'll be terribly disappointing if we lose either of these games.

There is no way Alger is ready.

In 28 VFL games between 2021 and 2025, MRJ has had 24 scoring shots.

In 6 VFL games this year Alger has had 18 scoring shots.

We had 4 small defensive forwards playing on the weekend and Hawthorn had 5-6 defenders get 20+ disposals. There is literally no point in playing MRJ who can’t even kick a basic banana set shot. Ross also played up forward and was categorically useless.

We’re meant to be fast tracking player development, not playing list cloggers.
