Crazy its almost like the team its not results based in year one of the rebuild. The players and team have internal goals and internal standards, they need to do those things and meet those standards to play. Getting flogged doesn't change that. The goal is to be flogging teams in a few years, not winning today.

Still think MC is being too conservative on continuing to play senior players like McIntosh and Short. We have 9 players with over 100 games each (including those two) and then have Ross at about 75, Miller, Mansell &Ralphsmith about 50 and Dow nearly 50 games. That’s enough experience spread across the ground without Short and McIntosh playing. I think MC can play more of the younger ones. McIntosh and Short will no doubt do ok against a shite team guaranteeing them another 4-6 games after and even if McIntosh is sub and gets 5 touches or less he will be straight into starting 22 week after without doubt
