The reason for Hird at FF is that if Port tries to tag him like they did in the finals last year it will take the tagger out of his comfort zone. I saw this happen at Subiaco in 2003 when he was moved to FF against the Eagles and he kicked 2 goals almost straight away.
I know people are going to get upset with me for putting Joe on the bench, but Ramma, Winderlich and Reynolds are the future of the club, so lets show the other 15 clubs we do have real pace in the midfield that can cut them to ribbons and provide our forwards with plenty of opportunities to score quickly. Joe could be brought on after 15 minutes to provide the cool head if needs be or play him in the forward line as a crumbing forward as he has the football smarts to know where the ball is.

I really hope Sam Hunt gets a game this weekend. He's spent a lot of time in the VFL and i reckon it's about time he is given a game with a lot of key defenders missing.
