As for your trades, I agree with toxic, definite yay on Buddy, and the other move is not massive... perhaps look at some other options? Personally I'd play NRoo over Didak, so maybe another backline option, there are some cheapies around like Adcock, Hurn, Grundy. There are also some cheap forwards you might take a punt on like Kennedy and JRoo.

Thanks mate. Will have Buddy. Just not sure on the other one. Didak could go big versus freo and get me over the line. I just fall short of being able to get Adcock,Hurn or Grundy so it would have to be Guerra,Gilbert,O'Brien,Taylor or R.Shaw,someone 330 k or less?If i keep Lower my opponent has Adcock and will be ahead there so who is most likely to beat Adcock?

I feel your pain, this is my first season too and I've run into trouble this week!

Tough call there, I think it would help to see the overall strength of your fwd line, can you cover pavlich better than you can murphy? I'd agree that your midfield is lacking without Murphy in there and Ablett will almost certainly score more than Cloke so I'd probably bring in Ablett.

However, Swallow is playing Melbourne and if you have worse cover for pavlich then you might want to make a trade there instead. But Cloke is a big risk, I'd go with Ablett then trade pavlich next week if you get through.

My cover for Pavlich is only Daniel Talia, so I am royally screwed. Was hoping Darling would be back this week.
One trade left and this is it.
I was tempted to take the risk and go for Cloke, but he is a huge risk. Could score 70 whereas Ablett is almost certainly going to score 120.
So frustrating.

I just made a trade that will either work out great for me, or be the end of my season...I think it could be the latter.

Needed to cover Gibbs & Heppell over the next 2 weeks with only 1 Trade!
So went Hibbered to J.Rivers....
Rivers score +100 in the past 2 games, and +100 3/5 last games. Plus Melb play Gold Coast then Port.

All my other options had me 1 player down next week!
Really want to go Gibbs to Bock OR Birchell, but what the point of make the GF is you can win it.

Cheers guys...but I think I've talked myself into Lower, Harvey & Petrie.

North play Richmond next week and will likely be playing for their season, whereas Geelong have Collingwood and are playing for zero. The second combo is definitely superior for this week, but weighing up over the 2 weeks it becomes harder.

What to do?

Oh I see. Well in that case... the difference between swallow and ablett is definitely not as much as a zero compared with clokes score so I would trade pavlich.

you might get lucky with Swallow doing well against the dees. Other forwards to consider would be SJohnson if you can afford him, Chapman, Harvey and Fyfe.

I already have Fyfe. I would like to pick someone that the opposition doesn't have which would be a calculated risk. Picking the same player as the opposition only makes me tread water. That's why Cloke is a risk, but if he has a huge one tonight it could pay off if Swallow can go well against Melbourne.
Yeah Talia is named, and could play well against Richmond and score 80, which Cloke could score as well.

Got 2 left and plenty of cash. I have Grundy in there who I would like to upgrade. A swap for Bock sound good?

I've also got the 2 Riewoldt's, tempted to move one of them but willing to ride it out as my potential opponents should I win have both next week.

Having big problems deciding on my last trade this week or if i save it in case i make the gf next week with $600 on the line! have $157,000 in the bank

M: Pendles, Swan, Abblett, Dal Santo, Boyd, Montagna. (Boak, Bewick, Callinan)

F: Goodes, Franklin, Chapman, N Roo, Rioli, Mzungu, Talia. (Pavlich, Matera, Richardson)

was going to do Smith > S. Jacobs but worried about cox being rested next week.

Pavlich > Harvey or Fyfe (flip a coin)

I'd go Enright and Cyril. Purely because they have relatively easy games this week as opposed to Harvey and Bock who are both likley to play in losing sides this week.

Isaac Smith hasn't scored below 90 the past 4 weeks.

Definitely trade this week. I'd be more inclined to upgrade Lower/Heppell > to Bock/Gibson depending on your cash situation. Trade Gibbs > Bock if you have to but don't get bundled out with a trade up your sleeve or you'll be cursing yourself all summer!
