If the club does trade him in you would be yeah. This is what I really struggle with, Gram is already on an AFL list, played over 100 games, close to BOG in Grand Final and if we trade him that makes 2 clubs that see some value in him, but you and others like you see it as humorous to bag out a rated opposition player that may well end up at our club. Good job hero. And remind us all again of the highlights of your illustrious career again...........

Sorry where did I say I didn't want or rate Gram. Trying reading what I actually wrote. I wouldn't be happy if we lost our first round and bower for him. Unlike you I actually form my own opinion that can sometime differ from the club. I can get upset but i never stop supporting the club.

The same people you are trusting also thought Brock McLean was worth pick 11. I don't blame the club for trying something but it just shows you that they can make mistakes.

If Gram/Ray...well what do we do with Scotland, Lucas, Tuohy, Russell in 2012 because that is the type of player they are potentially replacing. Gram would get some games and Ray would disappear to the Bullants.

There is something to be said for keeping the integrity of your club/list together. We have traded in enough outside players over the last couple of years.

I'm sure the club are aware of this and would only have gone for either Gram/Ray if it had been for a pick 50+.

Really? And yet they traded players with bugger all $$ value. The really should have offloaded a couple of over-rated / over paid players like Gram.
They will have to either delist or choke on salary cap issues one would think!
