Don't edit it unless it's proven wrong Then you can look like a genius.
There's two things counting against Fyfe - he slowed up towards the end of the year - and that will count against him.
Secondly the old "need 2 good seasons" trick might count against him.
The groundswell of Glass into the AA of late will be an interesting one - personally I had McPharlin as the best key defender all year - but reid and glass getting their tyres pumped!!

Pretty much. The stat that annoys me that keeps getting read out for Reid is his taking opposition marks. That shouldn't count, it isn't like he takes a heap of contested marks.

hahaha joke of an AA team. Rob Murphy? Petrie? Boyd? Obvious as hell that they go by stats alone and not impact on games, hence the midfielders on the flank.
And Glass rarely takes the best forward, even WCE fans admit as much

If McPharlin can keep himself on the park all of next year, he would be almost a shoe-in for AA next year. He will be a cornerstone of Lyon's defensive set-up and with all the extra attention on Freo next year he will be putting himself in front of the Vic media regularly.
Wonder if I can get on at Sportsbet this early.
