This would be a hard get given he was only recently given a 5 yr deal.

I don't think the Swans are too top heavy with Buddy, Tippett - esp with Mummy gone with him in the team. Not to mention Sydney sometimes rely a bit too much on Richards down back as the key tall. The main advantage to losing him would be freeing up salary room, because he would have been expensive.

It would have to be a first round pick and a player I think. I wouldn't be surprised to hear Sydney state to the press soon, "no, he is a required player".

Hey? Who cares! I can't say anyone will laugh at Freo for being desperate for a key forward. Every club needs something, and Freo needs two things: a premiership and power forward. And I think those two things are mutually dependent.

It'd be embarrassing if we were after one or two blokes. That'd be careless. Go after everyone we can, as unrealistic or likely as they are, because that's what the list managers are there for.

I wouldn't take the Collingwood thing as a done deal. For us to have a chance we need to partner our first pick with a highly promising young player. Lachie Neale and our first pick would be the minimum required to get this deal done. Young promising falls don't come cheap.
