Three months until it's released, and I can't wait.

I was a bit worried at first when it was revealed that Darren Lynn Bousman wouldn't continue producing, but it seems as though David Hackl has done a mighty fine job.

The fifth installment will reveal what happened to the daughter of Jeff, and information about Billy the puppet and his tricycle will be further explained.

There are a total of seven traps that will be used, one of them described as being 'the most dangerous' and 'elegant of all previous traps. Apparentally when they filmed this trap, they needed medical crew around just in case something went horribly wrong to the actor placed in the trap.

It sounds as though it will also be the most scary and gruesome of the series.

They release a Saw movie once a fortnight!
I still haven't even seen one of them yet...

Yeah, they're making eight.

One is released every week prior to Halloween. So number four came out last October.

They're bloody brilliant and very creative.

Can't beat the first one, no.4 got a bit to much it had good special FX. But they're better than most horror films tho

So why the **** are you commenting???

Watch the first one at least and you will see just how good it is.

Can't wait for 5 personally, while the sequels haven't been as good as the first, they haven't waivered much in shock value and gore, plus they are getting a nice story going too!

Good to see a Melbournian as the lead role too!

Also can't wait for the game, that could be something special.

.

Possibly someone choking on the remains of a flogged dead horse?

I don't rate any of the sequels anywhere near as highly as I did the first one. But I still love watching them for the intricate traps and mind games.

first one was the best, second was the worst IMO third and fourth was also pretty good. will be interesting to see where the story leads in the next installment, thats the only problem i see being encountered.

First was marvelous, any others after that were mere money making ventures which detracted from the greatness of the original.
