Looks like Fox Footy maybe getting Fox League style graphics for the minor round.

The branding for ads, and the 'LIVE' underneath the Fox Footy logo matches the Fox League branding, as does most of the newer Fox Sports ads. I'd expect the score bug to follow suit in round 1.

Looks like the change is happening. Super Rugby have moved to the new format.

I'd love for Fox Footy to take it one step further and have the full score in their score bug. It's not going to take up too much more real estate

Fox Footy have finally updated the flag icon for West Coast!

I imagine if there is to be an update to the graphics, they must still be using the flags to some extent, otherwise what is the point of changing for one JLT game?

They need to get rid of the flags. Both of those designs look very awkward put into a triangle.

The flags are gone, with the team name now in club colours in the new scorebug.

The old one looked cleaner IMO, but they've done a better job with the new AFL scorebug than the mess they've made the NRL and Super Rugby ones.

I think Fremantle needs a purple background instead of white - the white blends in too easily with the actual score.

Needs to be for all games unless Fox changes the colour of the score. Looks messy with both in white.

Are the scores for the other game that they show in the bottom right hand corner cut off for anyone else?

I'm viewing in standard 16:9 aspect ratio and never had any problems in past years, but this year the bottom half of the score is not visible.

Mine was fine. Some TVs overscan more than others.

the team logo graphics (like the crow) blend in too much

You may have set 'overscan' to on in your picture settings menu...turning it off should cure it

Just noticed this too. We're you able to fix it through your TV settings?

EDIT: Fixed it on my TV, an old LG. Changed the Input Label for the Foxtel input to 'PC' and it changed the overscan setting.

Surely on the 7 score card, we don't need pictures or the teams mascot name. There is only one Geelong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney etc.

Foxtel score bug is worse with the team colours used for the text. The GWS/Sydeny game looked particularly ugly.
