UP to eight Adelaide Crows are in doubt for tomorrow night's AFL clash against Collingwood due to illness.

The second-placed Crows have been ravaged by a series of head colds and stomach viruses which have swept through the club.

Midfielders Tyson Stenglein and Chris Ladhams both missed today's training and are unlikely starters for the encounter with the fourth place Magpies at Telstra Dome.

"Simon Goodwin Brett Burton, Matthew Bode, Graham Johncock, and James Begley have also been put on the sick list," a club spokesman said.

These are mostly midfielders & we should not play anyone who isn't close to 100% as we have plenty of guys lining up to have a go - Reilly, Dogga, Gags, Shuback, etc

Good long term thinking there dt. We may play them in September, so give the bugs a few weeks to take hold ... he's sick come 2nd week of September ... I'm happy with that. And he can't really complain, he smeared worse on his opponents, hasn't he?
