Just wondering if Hampson should play more often? He can provide a decent option in the ruck which would allow one of Cloke or Krooz to rest up forward. Having 3 ruckmen might work for us. The more games we get into this bloke the quicker his development will go.

Short answer, yes, long answer, bloody oath

Yeah. I just think we're a more complete team with him in. Even if we play Hampson and Krooz in the ruck and Cloke as a permanent forward. What have we got to lose? I know both those blokes are young but they might be better for it in the long run?

YES YES YES Unless we are trading for a readymade we need to fast track our young rucks (Would like to know more about who is in charge of their development)

Wasn't it Steve McKee? I'm sure he was down there at one stage. Not sure if he still is?

Who do we drop, though? We've got to take into account team structure - playing three rucks, you'd think we'd have one and at times two, ruckmen on the pine, restricting our ability to rotate out midfielders.

I do like the idea of getting time into Hampson, though, but playing Kreuzer, Hampson and Cloke might be overkill, particularly given none of the three have much impact on games (Kreuzer and Hampson due to age/experience). However, I like Kreuzer at full forward - open up the forward line and give him room to lead, at the very least, he'll get the ball to ground and provide a contest.

And there's every chance that he'll pick the ball up off the ground too

Yeah good point. Do you really think that players like Browne and Anderson had much impact tonight? Whilst i think that Browne will be a good player for the blues at the moment these blokes aren't quite there yet. Krooz is known for his ability to run in the middle as well and is very good below his knees for a big man.

I would rather Hampson and Kruezer for the last part of the year. Cloke will proably wont be part of a premiership in the CFC. PLaying all three is certainly an option

Anderson needs to go back to the Ants. Not ready for senior football.

Was pleased with Browne's game.

Cloke very disappointing - can't hurt giving Hampson a crack.

I've been calling out for Hampson the last couple of weeks.

We played better with the three talls, Cloke, Krooze and Hampson.

I wouldnt mind giving Anderson a string of games before dropping him.

I agree, I like Ando as player and should put time into him.

Our season is over, we should blood as many of the Anderson, Austin, Browne, Armfield players as possible for raediness for next season. You have to look at the improvement in Jammo, Bower, Grigg etc have gained from not only being selected but given game time.

Juts play Hampson for as much of this season as possible - I olve Clokes endeavour but we get slaughtered in teh ruck when he is in it more often than not. Put Hampson in the ruck and if you arnet going to play Hartlett at CHF put Cloke there.
