It's not nobility, it's common sense. Violence never really solves anything. Tell me, how would it help the situation if I hit back rather than walked away? What's the benefit of that? Does it make you feel more of a man?

I'll try and and address your previous post. I've been brought up to defend myself no matter what. Whether it makes me feel like a man or not is irrelevant. Its about self defence. Pushing someone can lead to injury as well not just hitting someone. Hope that answers your question. Im all for defending yourself, but provoking someone is a definite no-no for me.

If he is found guilty, the kid will not go to jail. Once again, that question or call is absolutely ridiculous. By locking him up there is more potential to do more harm than good.

In centurions defence demonheart, i asked the question if someone came to you aggresivley, abusing you which led to them pushing you, how would you respond. All i am saying is that if i was in this situation and assesed the fact that a punch was about to follow, id be inclined to act in a proactive fashion and get on the front foot. Well thats what ive always been taught, to look after myself. I think thats the way Centurion was heading so maybe read the whole thread next time before you respond only taking the peices of the conversation that suit your arguement!

Ive been king hit before and i dont believe the person who did it deserved jail time. I believe thats a much worse offense then what hurls did as i hadnt seen the person before. I do believe punishment should occur such as fine or community service should happen tho if found guilty

you do realise that one punch in the right place can kill you?

or even one punch could cause you to fall over hit your head on the ground and die. This has happened on many different occasions and is a realistic outcome.
