Should Terry Wallace Be sacked

I think Terry Wallace should be sacked, because since he's been there they haven't got any better. And they don't have a bad side either

Terry is a good coach it would be dumb to sack him because he doesn't have a list young team look at the teams in the top 8 who are there match winners/stars players from the early 2000's drafts who have we got ? we have a few good players newman better with every game (future Captain).
pettifer getting better, schulz need a good kick in the rear (next year will show what he really has or GONE) we have players coming up. DON'T SACK a coach who is building something an was left with near nothing short term lost long term gain.

This would be a bad time to make a coaching move. There's already so many powerful/rich clubs looking for new coaches. It would be suicide to enter the market now.

We've got some good youngsters and I'd like to see what Terry can do next year.

Despite all the doomsayers, we need to find some stability at our club. Look at how many coaches have come and gone since the late 1970s. The clubs that have been successful have been stable off the the field as well as on.

Let Wallace complete his contract, then look at where we are. Let's start behaving coherently and rationally and rebuild the base, rather than climbing on the chair and kicking it away.

Just thought I would ask are all of us Tigers supporters happy with the stability of our club with 1.5 wins this the 3rd year into our 5 year plan.... Ok maybe the right coach is not available now but for gods sake someone has to be accountable for the crap we play.....
By the way accountability and fulfilling your role and proactive development are all business sayings in which I hear everyday I hear at work not just rhetoric we lap up from our faithful leader at RFC.
It is time for the coach and club to walk the walk and not just talk the talk.......

Terry Wallace shouldn't have got rid of Darren Gasper because now their backline is starting to struggle. Mind you Thursfield wont be a bad player he just has to bulk up a bit more and get some experience
