Callum Jamieson and Harry Barnett have been taken off the injury list after recovering from their respective injuries.

Injury list doesn’t include Tyler Brockman who will be available for the WAFL side but won’t be considered for senior selection until after the bye following a late night car accident in Geraldton

Will be good to have Flynn fit and in the side, although who makes way for him will be very interesting. It would have to be out of Jack Williams, Maric or Darling. Jack Williams would be the obvious out for team balance but not for development purposes.

Didn't Jameison do a bit of barefoot training in the preseason as well?

Yeah Jamo was training bare foot often during preseason. This looked like a continuation of that

Watching him, he doesn’t look in any discomfort so hard to say if/when he’ll be right to play again

At training

• Clay Hall jogging laps away from the main group and has a cast/brace on his left wrist/lower forearm
• Chesser working away from the main group
• No Hough
• Gov, Waterman and Yeo all training with main group
• Ditto for Flynn and Trew
• Archer Reid pretty much a non-participant
• Brockman is training
• Allen and Bazzo both working with trainers on the outside oval
• Barnett, Long, Petruccelle all absent
• No Hewett
No Hough? I've seen posters saying we need a HBF in MSD and posting cryptically. Very concerned about Houghenator- he's been having a sensational season 😢 Please for the love of God and all things fair and good... not Houghenator.

Writing was on the wall but gutted for Long. One of my favourite players to watch and he brings so much enthusiasm to the team

Hopefully it’s just a setback for this year and he recovers fully ready for a big preseason

No Hewett at training and no update. Presume he’s still just off feet atm.

No Bazzo update but good to hear he was at least partially training today.

Sucks about Long, I love watching him play, so clean and decisive with ball in hand. Hopefully will be ready for a full preseason.

Rest is about as good as could’ve been hoped for. Waterman not even listed and Yeo and Gov tests. Flynn 1-2 which can’t come quick enough. Hopefully see him debut at home against Marshal and the Saints.

Trying to trust the new S&C staff but it'll be a big yikes if Yeo plays this week. I don't think he shifts the needle enough to possibly win the game this weekend so another week of recovery isn't the worst idea.

On the flip side, if he's good to go...?
If he plays then we haven't learnt from the mistakes of the last two seasons.

The dude had OP and has just had a groin tweak - it shouldn't even be a discussion imo, give him the extra week.
