I'm going to throw a smokey in the mix. Kid from WA. Jack Allen. Came to the sport later but developing fast.
KPP 194cm/93kg. Last testing had a 94cm running vertical and did 21.4 Yo-Yo. Be interesting to watch next year.

Its a little of column B. I do rate him (at under 18 level) but cannot put him on there at his height transitioning into AFL. I really loved watching him play this year and i hope next year he plays different positions and/or works on his speed away from contests as well as delivery or has a growth spurt. Because similar to Kyle Reid this year unless some of those things change i dont see an AFL spot for him.

I'd be astounded if he wasn't picked up. Only issue might be his agility but has good speed and is a fantastic kick. He is a bit in the Shannon Hurn mould for mine. Not sure about his endurance but he could even be a big mid maybe. Loves to hurt and his size transitions to AFL. He will still be very big and powerful at the next level.

Yep I’m a Gould fan and I don’t understand the concerns over his height

There are plenty of sub 193cm defenders in the afl especially when they are strong and Gould looks a beast

Also I don’t think he has to be that fb anyway. Shown he can intercept and use the ball so no problems being the 3rd or 4th defender.

Brisbane won’t draft a tall forward. We’re after mids and HBF’ers.

Happy with Bianco at our second pick. Gould or Cooper Stephens at our first.

And we’re looking at taking two academy kids, Keidean Coleman who we kept in our NEAFL team all year, and Cumberland.

Fair enough on the cumberland one. And i know what happened with pickett. In my rough draft i crossed off ports last few picks believing they wont use them but had them taking pickett. So when (tiredly) looking at my rough notes and typing them up i mistook port not using those picks as port losing those picks to match a bid. My apologies. Its been a long week already and its only tuesday.

I would be extremely surprised if Henry lasts to pick #13

But i like Cooper Stephens for Richmond with our first selection
Me too. henry is great and i loved watching him play this year. There are whispers that melb may bid at 3, there are whispers they may go for jackson at 3. Until the day comes we never really know.

If Melbourne really want him, then 3 would do it. I think that would be beyond what Fremantle would pay, as it effectively would cost their first two picks. The alternative for Fremantle would be to take any two of Serong/Flanders/Jackson/Stephens/Robertson/Ash, and I am confident they would do that. Could also trade down their second pick to get a look at Rivers, Sharp and Taylor.

Henry at #3? Lol, just lol
Exactly. I dont think he is worth it. Plenty above him already playing at a higher level and ready to go at round 1. Henry will need to add size first. Not worth the 3 in my mind. More at the 8-15 range for mine. That's why i have him at 13

Do you think Day is better than Gould? Or do you think GC want the family connection?

On SM-G960W using BigFooty.com mobile app
They are completely different players. i do think day has a higher ceiling if all goes right for the young guy, but gould is a plug and play straight away if thats what they want, but if you read my write up on gould there is a big chance he goes earlier.
