This isn't a nothing thread. I'm an emotional man with a big heart and want to express this in hopefully the right forum.
My expectations at the start of the season particularly with the inclusions of Ball and Jolly was for something special. Ill admit it, I had high hopes for 2010. Not much has changed with 2 weeks (hopefully) left in the season. And I think every Collingwood supporter can agree as the year went on and the through the tough draw we have faced, the pies have stayed strong in every sense of the word. Ending the season on top with little to no injuries, no reports, not a bad incident off field while staying the most professional I have ever seen.
Everything has shaped well for us in 2010 and that's why we are in the position we are in. I just want to say, as a true Collingwood supporter of 20 years, I am so proud of the boys. So proud.
I and the million other Collingwood supporters look forward to our young pies taking on the best in the buisness for a spot in history. I will be upset if we loose the big one to a weaker side IMO but with the sides current form and structures in place (the next dynasty in my eyes) a premiership is right around the corner Premiers 10' or not....I call on all of you to hold your chin up high and be proud of the step up our side has made.

Go Pies.
