I'm ready to go Opti.
Just got back from some weights training (240 reps of a few 385g Melbourne Bitters) got some carbs in and am now just finishing off my 6th chicken wing.
The Missus has laid out healthy diet of cold meat and salad from now until game time and I've given her the bad news about zinc deficiencies and their effect on lactic acid build up.

Hope I don't wear myself out "playing the game" in my sleep.
