You're all good, that was five letters.
Five is four letters though. This is really triggering me now to pay attention to four letter words.

I’ll avoid looking at details on gruesome crimes etc as it’s a recipe for a nightmare that night.
Unfortunately I've done this before and regret it because it's like it never leaves you. Like one day I'm walking to my car at night and think about what happened to Anita Cobby. Wish I could unread it. :'(

I don't fking like violent words (sorry rask), how hard is that to understand?! I've read The One and the story about Chris the serial killer was some of the most uncomfortable stuff I've ever read in my life, it was genuinely triggering for me to read. Learn some freaking empathy.
There's lots of things I don't like too. Labelling exposure to them as anxiety diminishes those who actually suffer from anxiety due to the possible physical consequences of their fears. What's the consequence of you reading a violent news story? Feeling sick? I feel sick when I see Spice Girls on the playlist. 🤣

I think we've found the serial killer that's been haunting Porps in her books. :eekv1:

MP_ has anyone nominated Spice Girls yet before I go find a change of song?

I was diagnosed with health anxiety and panic disorder in 2013 you troglodyte.

Words aren't bad for your health. If song lyrics trigger a panic attack maybe the song contest isn't a good idea?
I'm not explaining to you the details because it's clear you'll just make a dickhead comment like usual. Gagf.

What are your thoughts on racist taunts if you feel words aren’t bad for health?

Sounds like a gas lighter and perpetual abuser to me. You saying words cant trigger PTSD episodes? Or keep a boyfriend/girlfriend isolated from their friends and family?
You really are dense thinking throwing words and "lol"'s and laughing emojis into the ether will have zero effect on people.
It's the same reason you see celebrities become sullen and angry in their lives, leave social media become depressed and detonate their careers because no matter how much positive feedback they receive they can only see and feel the negative shit flung at them from no-neck ****wits on the internet.

As long as you know you're a campaigner, we can move on. Probably with a lot less communication.

So lols and emojis are a no no but "perpetual abuser", "dense", and "campaigner" are ok? 🤣😅. Tad hypocritical isn't it? 🙄

In the scheme of healthcare problems, exposure to moronic words is significantly lower than um, lung cancer, parkinsons, dementia, kidney disease...etc.

I don't think someone would call you that if you weren't acting like one :nomouth:
Ah, so it's the ol' 2 wrongs make a right?
I wouldn't use a laughing emoji if someone wasn't claiming song lyrics gave them anxiety.
When you see people suffering from all sorts of acute and chronic illnesses every day, and its not a rare occurrence to hold the hand of someone as they take their final breath then shoot me for finding it amusing when someone gets triggered by song lyrics.

Traumatic experiences bring about strong emotions. I deleted an insta post about martial arts a while back because it was potentially triggering to dv victims. In context it seemed harmless. Words do matter
