Why does being a champion player mean he will be a champion (or even decent) coach?

Brian Harris and Ryan Hargrave have gone backwards since Silvagni has been there.

Dale Morris and Cam Wight have improved.

I agree.

It was good to see Mick Malthouse defend Carlton tonight, in taking Caro to task for attacking Carlton without knowing the facts (in regards to Smorgan coming out with the statement yesterday.)

I'm doing a journalism degree at the moment and I have to question if I'm really learning the right things. I was under the impression there was news articles and commentaries, but Caro has shown us there's a third type that's a hybrid of both... a mixing of her opinions, backed up by unnamed sources.
