Early November panicking about a round 1 loss is pretty funny stuff.

LOL no way..no chance Collingwood will be made to travel outside Victoria that early in the season. They will get 8 games at the G to limber up and get their eye in before having one of maybe 2 trips across their whole season interstate.

Probably our worst game all season in the minor round last year. We came home well but they'd put it to bed by then. It would be a good start to improve significantly on that performance

I was going to start a thread called "design the hardest possible draw for us that you can possibly come up with" and then we could all see how close we could get to how its going to be.

Fremantle away on a Sunday is a good start. Should make it a short break into the next game to a fresh side, perhaps Port or a travels 4 times a season Collingwood.

Playing Freo in Freo isn’t corruption, it’s standard scheduling. We didn’t play Brisbane and Geelong at their home grounds last year, our draw had some advantages and not forget we get the extra home game

Good teams win anywhere at anytime. If Rankine is our only player absent from our best 23, if we are a good team we should win. No excuses.

No-one knows, at this stage of a pre-season, what a hard draw is ....those theories are off the back of last years ladder standings, and they change .....key injuries happen ....it's all about the timing of who & where you play teams
