What server is everyone getting on? I'd heard people were attempting to make The Swiftsure a sort of an unofficial Oceanic one so I'll go there.

Yeah I'll be on Swiftsure. Empire or Republic? I was intent on Empire but it appears to be the popular choice and I don't want to be stuck with massive PVP queues.

Decided to pre-order it yesterday from a cd key site that my brother recommended. No idea what server I'll be rolling on but if that Swiftsure one will be oceanic then I'll go probably start on that one.

Which site did you go with? I'm planning on cancelling my Amazon preorder tomorrow but not sure which key site to use.

I used G2Play. Hopefully everything works out ok with them.

Due to my hopeless altohilism I'll likely be both. Currently levelling a smuggler (called Mat) atm coz I didn't play that class on the beta. Have to think up a good name for a guild.

Looks like I should be granted access by the almighty Gods of Non-Communication.

I only started to closely follow TOR in November and I must say that the way they have handled everything has been pretty poor. Their communication skills a ****ing terrible.

I hope they can improve after launch but I can't see it happening.

Beta guild sign-ups showed a 70-30 split in favour of the Empire.... We need some more on Republic!

Anyone who ordered by the last week of November should get in tonight. Just in time for the weekend. Pretty keen on going Republic now that the Sith appear to be overpopulated.

Have switched to Jedi Knight as I guess melee is my thing. I'll never get past level 5 at this rate.

No, that release date is when Amazon is going to release their copies (my copy actually shipped about 5 hours ago). The release date, the launch date of the game is still the 20th.

Because they just gave us 2 days grace, unless you get into early access you won't be able to play until the 20th, but if you get into early access you can play until the 22nd.

Righto, mine also shipped a few hours ago.

Estimated the 21st, either way, should be here in time for my holidays!

Sometimes I skip the CPU dialogue and end up getting dark force points by saying the wrong thing ahaha, so good

When you mouse over each icon, it will tell you in the centre of the circle whether you will get dark or light side points from that answer.

For once I actually have some of an idea about what my quests are about. The VO makes the game so much more enjoyable. I liked it in AoC but the only had VO for the starter area and it was nothing like the quality in TOR.

got up to level 11 playing on and off all day. Maintenance is at a terrible time. I cleared my extremely busy weekend of doing nothing to play this game!

I like the crafting system too. I've started off doing cybertech but I am very tempted to change to armstech. My companion comes back from missions exclaiming how successful he was but the the mission failed.

Just got my invite key and am waiting in que now. Still haven't decided what to go yet, probably go Jedi though Played a warrior in most other MMO's.

Got in this morning, the unofficial Australian servers are all full so i've gone on the Kaiburr Crystal (PVE West coast) server as it was light at the time of joining.

Level 6 Jedi Warrior at the moment and loving it, the voice acting and cut scenes are top notch I really thought i would be skipping them but i'm actually enjoying them.

The Swiftsure queue was at ~1800 when I joined. Not sure if it's worth it. I wasn't a fan of gunslinger so plan on re-rolling today anyway but nearly all pvp servers have queues.

Not sure what to do!
